Successful interpretations for the Pontificia Universidad Católica
GRATO provided interpreting services at two important events organised by the Pontificia Universidad Católica in November. In the first one, our interpreter Daniela Díaz provided simultaneous French-Spanish interpretation of the master class taught by Xavier Desjardins, Professor at the Sorbonne-Nouvelle University and Director of Studies at the Coopérative Acadie. This class was broadcast via YouTube and the LiveVoice platform, which shares the audio for all those who connect to the application. In the second event, our interpreter Javiera Ríos accompanied Alice Hovorka, Dean of Environment and Urban Change at the University of York, interpreting using the Whispering method. In this way, the expert was able to understand and be present at the UC General Assembly Meeting, which was attended by representatives from different universities from various countries. At GRATO, we are very proud to have the best interpreters, who have the experience and knowledge to adapt to the circumstances and perform interpreting at the highest level.
