GRATO interprets for Swiss artist
On the
morning of 26th August, “Symmetry, a meeting between astronomy, art
and particle physics” was held, organised by the Chilean Corporation of Video
and Electronic Arts (www.cchv.cl), together
with ALMA Observatory and European Southern Observatory. The Culture, Arts and
Heritage Minister, Consuelo Valdés Chadwick and the Science, Technology,
Knowledge and Innovation Minister, Andrés Couve were present. Alan Bogana and
Nicole LHuillier shared their experience of living in a residence in different
locations and how through science they achieve inspiration for complex and
interesting works of art. Paul Graves was in charge of supporting Alan, who is
originally from Switzerland, so that he could communicate effectively with the
audience and the authorities.
