Live transcription for Maria Moreno in “Santiago en 100 Palabras”
On December 20th, the “Santiago en 100 palabras” contest, which was organized by Escondida | BHP and Fundación Plagio, invited Maria Moreno, an Argentinian writer who gave life to the novel called “Affair Skeffinton”, and was involved in the inauguration located in the Centro Cultural La Moneda. Moreno, who had a cerebrovascular accident (CVA) in 2021, in consequence, made it difficult for her to speak. She attended the inauguration of “Santiago en 100 palabras” as a guest where a live broadcast was held so that all the assistants could understand her without interrupting. This was done by Daniela Díaz in representation of GRATO and it was projected on the screen in the background so everyone could understand perfectly the message Maria wanted to share.
